Most vanilla producers don't recommend storing vanilla extract in the fridge because it can make the extract become cloudy. You'll have the most flavorful, purest final product if you let your extract infuse in an environment that's between 55°F and 80°F. A cabinet away from the stove should be just fine. Kye@KAF
