Can I make a suggestion for the Detroit pizza?

I think part of the deliciousness of it comes from the caramelization of the ends.

What I've been making mine in is one of the zig-zag brownie/lasagna pans (I'm not seeing an example on the KA site). That provides maximum "edge" for the browning.
