If you're worried about scratching the bottom of your pan, you can certainly line the pan with some parchment that has been trimmed to fit into the pan, which will help to protect it. Carefully using a spatula or bench knife to loosen the edges of your pizza from the pan shouldn't cause damage to the pan.
