Instead of biscuits I make curried ginger scones using the KAF recipe. I think the scones are a little sweeter than the biscuits so I don’t add any sugar to the berries. If I’ve got it, instead of whipped cream, I use a combination of whole milk Greek yoghurt and honey1% Greek yoghurt that I can buy at a local Greek grocery store. Very yummy I think.
