Whipping Cream or Heavy Cream are the best options, Frances. If you are in a pinch and don't have any left I would pour a few Tablespoons of the highest fat dairy product that you have into the empty container and swirl it around before adding that to the over whipped cream. However, be careful about adding too much of a lower fat dairy product, such as milk, as this will completely deflate your whipped cream and you will end up with soup instead.
