As always, if you're unsatisfied with an item you've purchased from us, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support team directly at 800-8276836 so we can make things right. While we can't exchange items that came from elsewhere, we're happy to chat about the product and provide feedback on how to care for the pan. Another suggestion we have is to put a circle of parchment paper on the bottom of the pan before lining it with pie dough, this way you'll still get the nice browning effects but have a barrier to protect the finish.
