I bought this pie pan (somewhere else) this past November. The first time I used it, I was delighted at the way the pumpkin pie turned out. The second pie I made, a blueberry pie, also came out wonderful. But when I washed the empty pan, I noticed that the coating was starting to flake off. Both times, I used a non-metal utensil to serve the pie, and both times I hand-washed the pan with a cotton dish cloth. The company offered no satisfaction when I contacted them.
