I actually wouldn't mind seeing more posts like this. KAF is a business after all, not a newspaper or a charity, despite providing so much great free content and recipes on this blog and in the catalog. So go ahead, sell me stuff as long as you genuinely believe it could improve my baking. I keep thinking about buying the boiled cider, for instance, and would be happy to see a post about all the ways I could use it.
