I enjoyed the blog and reading about the pan and why you like it, I did not see it as an ad at all. I'd rather have recommendations and why from people who actually bake, that is the best way to find tried and true in my opinion. I look forward to getting one of these but most likely two of them to try since I never bake just one pie. I'm looking forward to using it with my homemade pumpkin pie because most are never large enough for all the filling so I have to make 'baby pie' with the leftover, or no crust at all for my gluten free relative.
