And I respectfully disagree, EL — to me, it would be an advertisement if I didn’t believe so thoroughly in everything I write here. I’ve been wanting to write this post for a long time, and we hesitated specifically because “people will see it as an ad.” But we decided to just take the plunge and hope people would read it in the spirit in which it was written: someone (me) who happens to love a particular baking pan and wants to share her enthusiasm!
