Thanks — I'm hoping it's not "just" an ad, though I can see how it could come across that way. I'm always singing the praises of these USA Pans to anyone who'll listen; they're the best pans I've ever baked with (aside from my mom's cheap old 8" round cake pan, which must be at least 60 years old by now and which I use just for sentiment's sake; you know how that is, memories). No worries, there'll be plenty of other technique and tip posts coming down the pike — though warning, I'm going to also extol the virtues of my favorite bread pan in an upcoming post!
