This is fantastic! l stumbled across this back a couple of years back. l used to mass produce cookies at Christmas, gift some, share with family etc. But chronic pain made that impossible...until l found this page. Just minutes to cut the cookies and l freeze heaps, my husband loves taking 6 or 8 cubes out of the freezer before bed, he pops them in the fridge to defrost then bakes them in the morning. It so nice always having warm from the oven cookies when people stop by.
