Thanks PJ! This is one of those "why didn't I think of that!?" moments for me.
I have such fond memories of making snickerdoodles with my mom and sister when I was little and loved our assembly line. But, even if one still wanted to roll and coat manually, cutting the slab of dough into the required number of square would still simplify the process greatly. When baking alone, this will method will not become my standard method! Again, THANK YOU!
