I put all my dough in a 12x19 jelly roll pan, pat it out to fill the pan, bake it for 15 minutes. While warm cut it into whatever size of cookies you need. My 5 children have grown up with square cookies. Saves so much baking time. ( This is for one Chocolate Chip recipe.
