This is genius - why didn't I think of this. I'm from a family of Cookie Queens and no one has ever thought of this! Using on my next batch of cookies (and yes, they dough is going in the freezer. Mostly because my husband will eat a WHOLE batch of cookies when they come out of the oven) Thanks for the hint
