Hi Lorraine! You can try a 25% reduction in sugar from the original brownie recipe first. If you like the result but it is still a bit too sweet to your liking, you can try reducing the sugar a bit more next time (maybe try 50%). Just know that the brownie texture (and flavor) will change when you lower the sugar that much...it may be crumblier or more delicate.
