These are incredible. The first gluten-free baked good I've had that is at least as good as any wheat-flour version. Moist, chewy, rich - what's not to love? I'd make these even if I didn't have people on gluten-free diets attending. In the spirit of the season, I added some peppermint oil and topped them with crushed peppermint.
