You sure can use a tortilla press if you have one, Jami. You might need to sprinkle flour liberally on the bottom of the press, as well as the top of the dough ball to prevent sticking. If you find that the dough shrinks back after it's pressed, try adding 1/4 cup (35g) of Baker's Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk powder to the flour. This helps the gluten relax more readily and will make pressing easier. Good luck and happy baking! Kye@KAF
