Hi Kye- Well I did try to use the pasta machine to roll out the dough and it was like "April Fools in the Kitchen" (giggle - a real mess). Not a good idea on my part. Oh well... The dough was too tender to get through the rollers. It pulled apart. Rolling the dough out like you describe is a much better solution ....
