We have a recipe for Thin Cornmeal Tortillas if you like a little bit of corn in your tortillas. It uses about half as much cornmeal as flour (by weight), so you could also try replacing half of the flour in this recipe with cornmeal if you're up for experimenting. You could also start with 25% cornmeal and 75% flour if you'd like to increase your chances for success. If you decide to give it a try, we hope you'll come back and share your results with us.
