Thanks Barb. I ended up filling each liner with a somewhat rounded standard ice cream scoop. I baked them at 325 F for 10 mins, then 275 F for 30 mins. For whatever reason, the Bundt cake recipe made 23 cupcakes each batch (I did this twice, the first time checking doneness every 10 mins, the second time not needing to check). They froze and thawed perfectly.
