I am converting a Bundt cake recipe to cupcakes. Low temp and slow time conversion question:
The cake is similar to a Mississippi mud cake (somewhat moist and dense) and is perfect in a standard Bundt pan baked at 275 F for 90 minutes. For 24 cupcakes, how many Tbsp batter per liner, how long to bake and at what temperature.
