Hi Deb, it sounds like this is the pan you have? If so, I would fill the wells no more than 3/4 full and start checking around 20 minutes, and reset the timer from there, if necessary. Keep the baking temperature at 350°F for the Gingerbread Bundt Cake recipe, and if you make the full recipe you should get about 12 mini bundt cakes.
