Hi,
I'd like to make this recipe: www. marthastewart. com/1513135/apple-cider-doughnut-cake but convert it to mini muffins/cupcakes. The recipe calls for baking at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes in a 12-cup Bundt pan. I know I'll have to reduce the cooking time significantly. Any suggestions on cooking time? Guesstimates about how many mini muffins I'd get from this recipe?
