Hi Mariah! We are sorry we weren't able to respond sooner due to this very busy baking season. When it comes to bars, with the pans you mentioned you have available, there are a few things you could do. Making the recipe in the 9X13 pan may be possible, but since the pan is smaller in area, your bars may be a bit thicker. You'll likely have to adjust your bake time to ensure that everything sets up properly. Another option would be to reduce the size of the recipe to better fit the size of the pan you have. The area of the 10X15 pan is 150 inches. The area of the 9X13 pan is 117 inches. That is about a 22% difference in size, so reducing the original recipe by 22% (or even 25% to make it a bit easier for the math) would give you a more appropriate amount of batter for that slightly smaller size pan.
