Please forgive me for asking you to do the math, but I am trying to figure out the percentage increase I need to make my recipe to go from an 8” x 8” pan to an 8” x 11.5” pan. I like the slightly larger size and need it for the finished number of pieces. It is a very good vegan chocolate brownie recipe using a cup of finely mashed sweet yams. It does not contain eggs, so no percentage needed for eggs 😀, just an overall %. Both pans are the same height. Thank you so much for any help you can give me. My grown children would be embarrassed for me that I have forgotten how to do this, so it shall remain our secret.
