Hi Margeret! Wow, that's quite a big cake recipe! You might want to consider baking a half recipe, which will fit nicely in two 9" X 13" pans, or two quarter sheet pans (also 9" X 13", but shallower if you're making a sheet cake). You could also fit a half recipe in an half sheet pan (13" X 18"). Baking time might be a bit shorter when you're baking a smaller quantity of cake in multiple pans, so check earlier than the time recommended, and reset the timer from there. I would also recommend using a parchment paper sling in your pans, to make it easier to remove the cake, if you choose to do so.
