Hi Liz, the first thing you need to do is determine what size pan you will be using. Are you using a 1/2 sheetpan? Or a jellyroll pan? Or a 9"x13" brownie pan? Then you can follow the suggestions in this article for converting your recipe to the pan you will be using.
