We're a bit confused by your question, Valerie, as we've never heard of an angel food cake recipe that was specifically asking for a tube pan and not for an angel food cake pan as they're different. But, if your recipe was calling for a tube pan, and it was a 12-cup tube pan like ours, you could use an angel food cake pan with a capacity of at least 12 cups. If you're not making angel foodcake, but rather something like monkey bread that's usually designed for a tube pan, you could make that in a Bundt pan. Again, so long as it has a capacity of at least 10 cups.
