I’m wondering about using a half sheet pan for a cake and punching out 6” layers from that? Can I use a traditional 2 layer cake recipe? I worry because of the depth. I also have this question when I do a roulade or roll cake. Will a 10x15 cake recipe be too low in volume? Would love your thoughts. Thanks!
