I love your carrot cake recipe! I made it a couple weeks back and shared with several of our friends and everyone raves about it; one company big by a day or so later asking if there was any left?... Not hardly:) I would love to try it with the caramel icing mentioned above by Diane Klein 4/28/19, who had originally gotten from a Mexican woman while her father was in the service.
