If it was just an issue of a distinct freezer smell and taste and wasn't bitter I would suggest that you double check your freezer container and make sure that it is actually air tight or consider vacuum sealing the flour for longer storage. But in this case, Diane, you specifically say that it has a bitter taste and smell. I have a feeling that this is unrelated to the freezer and we ask that you call and chat with one of our employee owners so that we can take a deeper look at the flour.
