Clearly the folks at King Arthur's don't read the contents of the questions very well. The original question talked about weighing flour and having trouble with the weight discrepancies between her frozen flour and the weight listed in your tables and recipes. The answer from King Arthur did not address this at all but instead told her that weighing your ingredients is much more accurate than a volume measurement. A completely unhelpful answer to her question.
