I was lucky enough to get a bag of KA unbleached whole wheat flour last week (with a best by date eleven months from now), and I noticed that it has a very grassy smell. Is this normal or did I get a bad bag?

Right now, I’m using it for sourdough starter until I can get confirmation that it’s still good.
