The humidity in your fridge and freezer will definitely depend on how often you open the door. One that's been closed up tight for a couple of days will be extremely dry, whereas one that's opened constantly will be fairly humid. This is for sure one of the reasons it's important to store your flour in a good, airtight container! Kat@KAF
