Please add my vote to keep using paper!! I have reusable plastic and glass containers at home where I store my flours after purchase. It's not much extra work for me, and we don't need any more single-use plastic bags in the waste stream (which means it would go into our water, landfills and now we are learning it also goes into the air)! KAF is trying to be environmentally responsible and that's a major factor for me as a (satisfied) customer.
