Stick with paper. I'll add my vote to not adding anymore plastic to the waste stream. However, I notice several of your specialty items, e.g., six-grain blend, are packaged in outer paper and what seems to be plastic on the inside, with a resealable top. Is this something that could be extended to some of your other flours?
