All my whole grains are stored in the fridge to keep fresher. I think it would be a good idea if KAFlour switched to a better wrapper, like plastic with a zip top, to insure a longer shelf life. Or even line the paper flour bags with a coating to protect the flour. This will also help to get the flour from you, to the distributor, to me in perfect shape. Too often I pick up a bag of flour on the market shelf and it has a little hole leaking flour. I buy a LOT of King Arthur flour!
