Hi Kye- I have enjoyed reading your pancake series. I do love pancakes but I really love crepes so I particularly enjoyed this post. I usually make savory fillings for my crepes but the strawberry filled dessert crepes you featured are so beautiful and look so delicious I am planning to make them for Easter brunch. By the way, crepes freeze very well. I often make a big batch, package 8 or so wrapped in plastic film and zip seal bags. They thaw really fast and can be reheated gently in the oven or even in the microwave depending on how they are going to be used.
