I made cornbread one time and FORGOT THE CORNMEAL.

What was hilarious is that it actually worked, and we could NOT figure out why didn't taste right. Until I remembered. Oops.

We won't go into all of the high altitude baking fails I went through when I moved from sea level to 7000 feet.
