Oh the kitchen baking disasters, I had such a good laugh, thank you very much! No matter how professional we all make mistakes. My mother's friend had to knead dough for bread, no matter what this would not rise. So she decided to dig a hole in the back yard and dump the dough into that and cover it before the parents came home. She made a fresh batch and that went fine. In the late afternoon her dad was sitting on the porch and called her, Ann he said what is that on the ground? The dough started rising "from the soil"!!! My first cheese cake went into the over, when I took it out the pan was too hot and I dropped it, the tin just summer-salted out my hands, never do I bake without placing my spring forms on a cookie sheet!
