I make a 3 course breakfast every day at my B&B in Maine. I’ve had a few close calls, but have always has something to serve my guests for 5 years. I cannot, however, talk to guests while cooking. I learned this lesson while making muffins one morning and after a conversation, returned to my baking and continued by using the scone recipe on the opposite page. “Scuffins”!
