This is amazing. This reminds me of the time I tried making strawberry flavored macarons. The biscuits stuck to both silicone baking mat and parchment and gave me a crispy, gooey, mess. I wasn't discouraged for long. Since I had some precious almond flour left over, and was going to try it eventually, I decided to make your Strawberry Almond Flour Cake recipe and mix in the macaron pieces...like having the frosting inside the cake instead of on top. Everything blended together nicely and was delicious.
