I made dinner rolls for Thanksgiving a few years ago from a recipe I saw online, promising delicious rolls using NO yeast and 30 minutes start to finish prep and bake time. I had never made this recipe before so I had already broken a basic rule: Never make a recipe for company that you haven't made before. Luckily it was family "company" because that dough was so sticky I couldn't get it off my fingers, couldn't form it into any kind of shape, and it took WAY longer than 30 minutes!! I don't think I even baked them. I had some frozen rolls in the freezer and pulled those out, they baked in 7 minutes and we did have rolls with dinner.
