Look forward to your April 1st Fools in the Kitchen and have a good laugh at every photo with comment. My mother in law mistakenly used salt instead of sugar in 14 cheesecakes given as Christmas gifts. They didn't rise and she thought nothing of it. What a disaster, as she didn't find out until several people called to let her know that the "cheesecake" was salty. I also received one but hadn't tasted it. Unfortunately no photos but my memories are vivid and in color.
