I made a beautiful Buckeye Cake (thank you for the recipe, by the way!), and we cracked up (my husband and I) as we watched the cake split in half and over the following days, it just got worse looking! It still tasted great, though, even if we just took large spoonfuls of cake, filling and ganache off the cake plate and ate it out of bowls.
