I like the pictures and instruction within most of the King Arthur articles and this is no exception. Since a large portion is devoted to bun sizing, i think a picture below the dough balls of what each size looks like once baked would be very helpful. I doubt these ever get edited and revise, but I think that'd help a lot of people decide what size to go for.
