I’m a cream scone gal myself. They’re so simple and no-fuss to make, and for such a delicious pay-off! They’re perfect with a cup of tea and some strawberry jam. Also, if you have a Trader Joe’s nearby you can have shelf stable cream on hand for any time you run out of some in the fridge.
