Hi, I just made your cream scones to see if they would beat a buttermilk,butter scone. I did use currents& I cut them with a 2” cutter. Most of my kids stopped by to give there opinion,only one said they were cakes,Mom,& tasted like a pancake. Well we are doing an English tea soon & I think this is the scone so far. My question is when you cut scones how do you get them to stay straight up while baking? I want them to be as uniform as possible. Any tips? Thanks so much.
