I cant express how happy I am to find this article! I totally forgot heavy cream at the store!!! Ive been making scones daily the past week, as my oldest son is back home now for a while. He starts everyday w a scone from starbucks and we dont have one near us. So he asked me to bake some. I had no idea they were so easy, and so amazing!!! Going to use the butter and milk substitute now for my blueberry scones w lemon glaze!!!
